The development proposed for the erection of 20 dwellings and associated parking, on land to the south of Old Manor House. The provision of affordable housing totals 8 dwellings (to include 2 First Homes) has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Paul Hunt (Redwood Land Investments Ltd) against the decision of Rother District Council.
The application Ref RR/2022/963/P, dated 9 April 2022, was refused by notice dated 12 July 2022.
