The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the construction of 45 one, two, three, four and five bedroom dwellings with associated garages, parking, estate roads, footways, pedestrian linkages, public open space and strategic landscaping. New vehicular access from Ovingdean Road and junction improvements at Land South of Ovingdean Road, Brighton BN2 7AA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref BH2016/05530, dated 30 September 2016, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Lightwood Strategic against the decision of Brighton & Hove City Council.
