The development proposed for the erection of up to 161 residential dwellings, involving the demolition of an existing dwelling (no. 18 St Andrews Road) to create a new access onto St Andrews Road, and associated landscaping and open space has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Vistry Homes Limited against the decision of North Devon District Council.

The application Ref: 73875, dated 2 August 2021, was refused by notice dated 28 September 2022.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for Residential development of 30 dwellings (Class C3); vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access from Church Road; pedestrian and cycle access from Farm Lane; highways improvement works; public open space, landscaping, orchard planting and children’s play space; surface water attenuation and other associated works, at land adjoining Leckhampton Farm Court, Cheltenham, GL51 3GS in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/02750/FUL, dated 14 December 2021.

Appeal by Bellway Homes & Deuchny Properties against the decision by North Lanarkshire Council

Application for planning permission 21/01460/MSC dated 14 September 2021 refused by notice dated 2 February 2023.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of eleven dwellings (7 affordable and 4 open market) at Land east of Meneth, Bonallack Lane, Gweek, Helston TR12 6UJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PA21/05783, dated 26 May 2021, and subject to the conditions.

The development proposed for the erection of 97 houses with garages and/or parking spaces, together with the provision of open space and associated roads and sewers has been dismissed.
