The development proposed an Outline planning application with all matters reserved for up to 68 residential units has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Messrs Ben Ellis, Andrew Cooper, Adrian Cooper and Simon Cooper of Bedford Park Developments against the decision of Lewes District Council.

The application Ref LW/22/0104, dated 14 February 2022, was refused by notice dated 29 April 2022.

The development proposed for the erection of 99 holiday lodges with reception building, reconfiguration of the golf course and use of building as a golf academy and greenkeeper’s store has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Scarthingwell Golf Club against the decision of Selby District Council.

The application Ref 2020/1013/FULM, dated 16 September 2020, was refused by notice dated 20 September 2021.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 67 residential dwellings with associated open space, infrastructure, landscaping and ancillary works including temporary construction access at Land West of St Andrews View, Thursby in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref FUL/2022/0116, dated 20 May 2022, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the residential development of up to 47 no. dwellings, public open space, ecological mitigation land, landscaping and associated works with access from Coalpit Lane, at Land East of Coalpit Lane, Stoke St Michael, BA3 5JT. This is in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 2020/0580/OTS, dated 25 February 2020,  subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the construction of up to ten self-build/custom-build dwellings, alterations to access and laying out of public open at Land  north of Millers Close, Welford-onAvon CV37 8QG, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 21/01195/OUT, dated 9 April 2021, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of dwellings on two sites: (i) land at former Creams Mill site including land off Mytham Road, with associated works  including internal access, landscaping and infrastructure including a two-way bridge and provision of woodland walks; and (ii) land south of Hall Lane and west of Newbury Road with associated  works including new access from Hall Lane, associated landscaping, internal access and infrastructure including paths along canal frontage and path linking Moses Gate Country Park; and repair  to canal breach and restoration works including re-lining of the Manchester, Bolton and Bury Canal and restoration of canal towpath at land off Mytham Road, Prestolee Road, Boscow Road, Hall  Lane and Newbury Road, Little Lever, Bolton in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 09775/20, dated 6 November 2020, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted, with all matters reserved, for a mixed use neighbourhood development comprising up to 300 dwellings, health centre, local retail area, care home, an early years and childcare facility, open space and landscape buffers, and supporting infrastructure that includes sustainable drainage and two accesses from London Road, on  land to the north of London Road, Braintree, CO5 9AU in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 17/00679/OUT, dated 12 April 2017, and the submitted site location plan, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline planning application for the proposed erection of 49 affordable dwellings with new publicly accessible open space and access,  at land west of Kingfisher Grove, Reading, RG7 1LZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 201002, dated 23 April 2020, subject to the schedule of conditions.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for demolition of The Old Mission Hall and adjacent industrial units to create up to 24 one and two bedroom apartments with  underground parking at The Old Mission Hall, Hookstile Lane, Farnham GU9 8LG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref WA/2020/0558, dated 1 February 2020, subject to the conditions.

The development proposed a residential development of 14 dwellings has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr A Di Fazio of Britannia Homes (Midlands) Ltd against the decision of North Northamptonshire Council.

The application Ref 20/00501/DPA, dated 12 November 2020, was refused by notice dated 21 January 2022.
