The development proposed a demolition and removal of all poultry houses and other buildings and the erection in their place of 12no detached dwelling houses (8no market houses and 4no affordable houses) with garages and car parking including the change of use of the land to  C3 residential, together with alterations to the existing vehicular access and driveway off Whempstead Road with childrens’ play space, new turning head and visitor car parking has been dismissed.

Appeal C Ref: APP/J1915/W/21/3288702
The development proposed a revised ‘free go’ planning application for the change of use and conversion of 5no poultry house buildings to form dwelling houses and the demolition and removal of two agricultural storage buildings and their replacement with 1no detached one bedroom dwelling house, to provide, overall, 6no dwelling houses, together with car parking, electric charger  points, secure cycle storage for 2no bicycles for each dwelling, air source heat pump enclosures, a double garage for one of the Appeal Decisions APP/J1915/W/22/3303408, APP/J1915/W/22/3303413, APP/J1915/W/21/3288702 https://www.gov.uk/planning-inspectorate 2 dwelling houses, a turning head, refuse and recycling bins enclosures, and post and rail fencing to define maintenance strips for each of the dwelling houses, and the continued use of the existing vehicular access has dismissed and planning permission is refused.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 35 residential dwellings (Use Class C3) and 512 sqm of commercial floorspace (Use Class E) together with cycle and car parking, landscaping, provision of new pavement and loading bay on Brook Mews and associated infrastructure at 177 High Road, Chigwell IG7 6NX in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref EPF/2868/20, dated 3 December 2020, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for up to 230 dwellings including affordable homes; public open space including sports pitches and facilities, neighbourhood equipped area for play, parkland and alternative natural greenspace, vehicular access via Forest Road and Evans way, a bus, cycle and pedestrian connection to Rickstones Road, sustainable drainage systems, landscaping and all associated infrastructure and development at Phase 4, Land North East of Rectory Lane, Rivenhall, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 20/02060/OUT, dated 27 November 2020, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for ‘outline application (all reserved matters, aside from principal means of access) for up to 58 new homes (including 35% affordable housing), new access road, open space and soft landscaping’ at Land at Old Nursery House, The Street, Framfield, TN22 5PN in accordance with the terms of the application ref WD/2021/0573/MAO dated 3 March 2021, subject to the conditions.

The development proposed the development of 35 residential units with associated garaging and parking and infrastructure including off site highway improvement works and a replacement pre-school children’s daycare  nursery facility with associated car parking has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr Piers Bryant of Heyworth Properties Ltd against the decision of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.

The application Ref 21/00519/FULL, dated 11 February 2021, was refused by notice dated 27 May 2021.

The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted for up to 210 residential dwellings (including up to 30% affordable housing), introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation, vehicular access point and associated ancillary works. All matters reserved with the exception of the main site access at land at Fryatts Way, Bexhill, East Sussex in  accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: RR/2021/1656/P, dated 29 June 2021, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 35 dwellings and provision of associated infrastructure at land south of Badminton Road, Old Sodbury, South Gloucestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P21/03344/F, dated 13 May 2021, subject to the conditions.
