The application sought planning permission for proposed development of 33 dwellings without complying with a condition attached to planning permission Ref PA17/09575, dated 20 December 2018 has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr M Wight (Construction Partners) against the decision of Cornwall Council.

The application Ref PA21/09422, dated 17 September 2021, was refused by notice dated 7 January 2022.

The development proposed for a residential development for up to 70 dwellings and the demolition of 18 Wilburton Road (all matters reserved except for access) has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Land Allocation Ltd against the decision of East Cambridgeshire District Council.

The application Ref 20/00996/OUM, dated 31 July 2020, was refused by notice dated 7 May 2021.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission granted for an outline application with all matters reserved other than principal means of access from the existing highway for up to 32 dwellings, and associated infrastructure,
landscaping and demolition of existing dwellings on land at and to the rear of 240 Nine Mile Ride, Finchampstead, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 211899, dated 27 May 2021, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 36 dwellings (including 40% affordable), access, landscaping and associated infrastructure at Land at the Telephone Exchange, Goldbridge Road, Newick BN8 4QP, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref LW/21/0700, dated 26 August 2021, subject to the conditions.

The Inspector recommended that the appeal be allowed, and planning permission be granted, subject to conditions.

For the reasons given, the Secretary of State agrees with the Inspector’s conclusions, except where stated, and agrees with his recommendation. He has decided to allow the appeal and grant planning permission. A copy of the Inspector’s report (IR) is enclosed. All references to paragraph numbers, unless otherwise stated, are to that report.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of 10 residential dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated refuse storage, car and cycle parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure at 73 Lindsey Street, Epping CM16 6RD in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref EPF/2408/21, dated 1 September 2021, subject to conditions.

The details of the conditions for which approval is sought has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr Paul Hoffmann (C G Fry and Son) against Somerset West and Taunton Council.

The application dated 9 June 2021, sought discharge of conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 of reserved matters approval 43/19/0106.

The development proposed an outline planning application for the demolition of existing structures and redevelopment to provide up to 90 dwellings, up to 1,858 sq.m. gross B1 employment, open space, landscaping, associated infrastructure, and access (means of access to be considered in detail) has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Woodford Group Developments Limited and Tilia Homes against the decision of Torbay Council.

The application Ref P/2019/0710, dated 5 April 2019, was refused by notice dated 4 November 2021.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for outline planning application (all matters reserved except means of access only in relation to a new point of access into the site) for residential development for up to 56 dwellings, including the creation of a new vehicular access, public open space, landscape planting, pumping station, surface water attenuation and associated infrastructure, at Land North of Webbs Court,  Lyneham, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PL/2021/11175, dated 26 November 2021, and the plans submitted with it, subject to conditions.

Appeal A: The development proposed a primary school with seven classrooms and ancillary facilities to serve the local community has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by BDW Trading Ltd, Mactaggart and Mickel, Stuart Pearman and the North Tewkesbury Land Consortium, against the decision of Wychavon District Council.

The application Ref. 20/00008/OUT, dated 23 December 2019, was refused by notice dated 6 May 2022.

Appeal B: The development proposed is up to 500 dwellings (C3 Use Class) including means of access (two vehicular access points from the B4080 and a pedestrian/cycle access from Derwent Drive) and associated infrastructure and  landscaping including provision of formal and informal open space and drainage attenuation basins has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Barratt Developments PLC, Mactaggart and Mickel, The North Tewkesbury Landowners Consortium, Stewart Pearman and The Croome Estate Trustees, against the decision of Wychavon District Council.

The application Ref 18/00771/OUT, dated 23 August 2018, was refused by notice dated 12 May 2022.
