The development proposed for an Outline Application for up to 27no. Self Build and Custom dwellings has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr N Wright against the decision of East Suffolk Council.

The application Ref DC/20/1636/OUT, dated 24 April 2020, was refused by notice dated 3 December 2020.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of Nos 148 and 150 Ashingdon Road, the removal of a highway tree and the formation of an access onto Ashingdon Road and the formation of a secondary access onto Percy Cottis Road to serve residential development of 662 dwellings and a community building with associated infrastructure, on land east of Ashingdon Road and north of Rochford Garden Way, Rochford, Essex. Full planning permission is granted for Phase 1, comprising 233 dwellings, whilst outline planning permission is granted for Phases 2 and 3, all in accordance with the terms of the application Ref  20/00363/OUT, dated 17 April 2020, subject to the conditions.

The development proposed described as the erection of a new building containing a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom flats together with associated parking, following the demolition of the existing house has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Home County Properties Ltd against Surrey Heath Borough Council.

The application Ref 20/0913/OOU, is dated 5 March 2020.

The development proposed for erection of 42 new dwellings, alongside car parking, cycle parking, drainage, internal road network and the creation of a principal access off Sissinghurst Road  A262), plus public open space, a play area and associated landscaping has been dismissed.

The application Ref 19/00308/FULL, dated 28 January 2019, was refused by notice dated 20 August 2020.

The development proposed, described as a “residential development of 23 dwellings, including 6 affordable dwellings on land to the east of Old Main Road, Fosdyke (resubmission of B/19/0237)” has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr Simon Naylor against the decision of Boston Borough Council.

The application Ref B/20/0130, dated 3 April 2020, was refused by notice dated 24 November 2020.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 57 dwellings, together with associated parking, landscaping and access from Posbrook Lane, at Land east of Posbrook Lane, Titchfield, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref: P/19/1193/OA, dated 29 October 2019, and subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a mixed use development comprising up to 475 dwellings along with associated access, internal roads and footpaths, car parking, public open space, landscaping, local centre (uses including A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, D1, D2, as proposed to be amended to use classes E, F and Sui Generis) with associated car parking, car parking for the adjacent railway station, undergrounding of overhead HV cables and other supporting infrastructure and utilities at Land North West of Goring Station, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref AWDM/1264/20, dated 7 August 2020, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed, and planning permission granted for an outline application with all matters reserved except for access, for the erection of up to 86 dwellings and a workspace hub (Use Class B1) and associated works (amended description) in accordance with the details submitted with planning application REF WA/2020/0260 and subject to the schedule of conditions.

The development proposed for erection of 15 No. affordable housing units (outline) with all matters reserved has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Skye Property Group Limited against the decision of South Gloucestershire Council.

The application Ref P21/01865/O, dated 18 March 2021, was refused by notice dated 17 June 2021.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 460 dwellings, a primary school, associated works, ancillary facilities and infrastructure, open space, recreation facilities and landscaping at Land to the North West of Fiddington, Ashchurch, Tewkesbury in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/00451/OUT, dated 30 March 2021, subject to the
conditions.
