The development proposed for 35 new dwellings, including 35% affordable housing with vehicular and pedestrian access via Dropping Holms, the provision of public open space, associated infrastructure and landscaping has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr Adams of Fairfax Acquisitions Limited against the decision of Horsham District Council.

The application Ref DC/20/0427, dated 28 February 2020, was refused by notice dated 29 May 2020.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition of existing office building (E use) and structures, and the construction of seven apartment buildings comprising 576 dwellings (C3 use), together with internal roads, parking, public open space, landscaping, drainage and associated infrastructure works on Land to the west of Lytton Way, Stevenage SG1 1AG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/00474/FPM, dated 1 August 2019, subject to the eighteen conditions.

The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 27 dwellings and all associated development works at Land at the south side, Ashford Hill Road, Ashford Hill, Hampshire, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 19/02726/OUT, dated 1 October 2019, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of 100% affordable housing development comprising 76 residential dwellings at Land at White Ox Farm, Inglewood Road, Penrith CA11 8SE in accordance with the terms of application reference 19/0908, dated 18 December 2019 subject to conditions.

The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the erection of 28 no. residential dwellings (including 50% affordable housing) with access off Tring Road, including parking and garaging, creation of public open space, landscaping, and all enabling and ancillary works. at Land off Tring Road, Wilstone, HP23 4PD in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/01754/MFA, dated 29 June 2020, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the  schedule of conditions.

The development proposed for an outline planning application for the erection of up to 98 residential dwellings including 5 live/work units, structural planting and landscaping and a sustainable drainage system (SuDs) with a vehicular access point from Burgate Lane, all matters reserved except means of access, has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Gladman against the decision of South Norfolk District Council.

The application Ref 2019/1593, dated 31 July 2019, was refused by notice dated 29 April 2020.

The development proposed for the demolition of a single dwelling and the construction of 31 affordable (discounted market sales housing), custom build dwellings with associated provision of car parking, open space, landscaping, drainage and infrastructure works has been dismissed.

Appeal B: is allowed and planning permission is granted for alterations to the junction of Fox Lane and Rock Hill to form a roundabout junction and the demolition of the former public house, the Greyhound Inn at 30 Rock Hill, The former Greyhound Inn and junction of Fox Lane and Rock Hill, Bromsgrove B61 7LR in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/000300/FUL, dated 25 February 2020, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted, for development comprising 18 dwellings with associated infrastructure, including access road, bunding, SUDs/swale and landscaping, on land north of Blackthorn Road, Attleborough, Norfolk, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 3PL/2019/0717/O, dated 11 June 2019, subject to the conditions.

The development proposed for a Hybrid Application for change of use of existing buildings to be retained, altered vehicular access from Loxley Road with secondary public transport access from Rowell Lane and associated works with outline approval (with all other matters reserved) for demolition of existing buildings and structures, provision of a residential led mixed-use development that will deliver up to 300 dwellings, reinstatement works, site remediation, green infrastructure, landscaping and associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
