Appeal A:  is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the construction of up to 99 residential dwellings, landscaping, open space and associated works, with access from Brookers Lane at Land East of Newgate Lane East, Fareham in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/00516/OUT, dated 27 November 2019, subject to the conditions contained within the relevant Schedule.

Appeal B: is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the construction of up to 99 residential dwellings, landscaping, open space and associated works, with access from Brookers Lane at Land East of Newgate Lane East, Fareham in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P/19/1260/OA, dated 27 November 2019, subject to the conditions contained within the relevant Schedule.

The development proposed for an outline application for the erection of 473 dwellings, with new access provided off the Crawley Road, plus associated areas of open space and landscaping, all matters reserved apart from access, has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by FCP Land 4 Ltd against the decision of Horsham District Council.

The application Ref: DC/20/0470, dated 3 March 2020, was refused by notice dated 29 July 2020.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission with all matters reserved except for access (excluding internal estates roads) is granted for the erection of up to 100 residential units, with the associated vehicular and pedestrian access at Rascals Farm, Shipley Road, Southwater RH13 9BG in accordance with the terms of application, Ref: DC/20/0695, dated 30 March 2020, subject
to the schedule of conditions.

Appeal A: The development proposed is outline application with all matters reserved other than ‘access’ for the demolition of existing buildings and structures and the redevelopment of the site for a residential-led development comprising up to 43 residential homes, a 62- bed care home and the provision of open space, plus associated works for landscaping, parking areas, pedestrian, cycle and vehicular routes has been dismissed.

Appeal B: allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the retention of existing dwelling and demolition of all other existing buildings and structures and the redevelopment of the site for up to 31 dwellings along with the provision of public open space and other associated works for landscaping, parking areas, pedestrian, cycle and vehicular routes, on land at Bugle
Nurseries, 171 Upper Halliford Road, Shepperton TW17 8SN, in accordance with planning application Ref 20/00123/OUT dated 31 January 2020, subject to the conditions.

The development proposed for an outline application for the erection of up to 180 dwellings together with open space, landscaping, drainage features and associated infrastructure has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr James Bradshaw on behalf of Richborough Estates Ltd against the decision of Central Bedfordshire Council.

The application Ref CB/20/03342/OUT, dated 24 September 2020, was refused by notice dated 23 December 2020.

The amended development proposed is demolition of barns, and residential development of up to 30 dwellings, including the creation of new vehicular and pedestrian access, public open space, landscape planting, pumping station, electricity substation, surface water attenuation, and associated infrastructure (landscape and appearance reserved for future consideration) has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Gleeson Strategic Land Limited against the decision of Dorset Council.

The amended application Ref 2/2019/0824/OUT, as shown on the amended application form dated 7 February 2020, was refused by notice dated 8 August 2020

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for Redevelopment to form 53 No. Apartments for Older People (Sixty Years of Age and/or Partner over Fifty-Five Years of age), Guest Apartment, Communal Facilities, Access, Car Parking and Landscaping at Oakengates, Smallhythe Road, Tenterden TN30 7LN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/01669/AS, dated 28 November 2019, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the unilateral undertaking dated 12 July 2021 and the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of stable buildings and residential development of 44 single and 2 storey dwellings with associated hard and soft landscaping at land off Middleton Avenue, Ross-on-Wye HR9 5BD in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 193478, dated 27 September 2019, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 33 dwellings with associated landscaping, highways and drainage infrastructure at Bowden Fencing, Leicester Lane, Great Bowden in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/01902/FUL, dated 19 June 2020, subject to the conditions.

The development proposed for outline residential development including means of access for up to 48 homes has been dismissed.
