The application Ref PA20/02234, dated 7 March 2020, was refused by notice dated 15 December 2020.

Appeal A: The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for redevelopment of the site to provide 139 residential units in 3 buildings ranging from 3 to 5 storeys, car parking spaces, communal landscaped amenity areas, secure cycle parking and other associated development at Epping Forest College, Borders Lane, Loughton, IG10 3SA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref EPF/2905/19, dated 29 November 2019, subject to the conditions.

Appeal B: The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for redevelopment of the site to provide 285 residential dwellings (Use Class C3) in a series of blocks ranging from 2 to 5 storeys in height, a new Wellness Centre (Use Class D1), creation of a new public park, car parking, communal landscaped amenity areas, secure cycle parking and other associated development at Former Playing Fields, Epping Forest College, Borders Lane, Loughton, IG10 3SA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref EPF/0379/20, dated 14 February 2020, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition of existing buildings to provide three retail units (class A1) at ground floor level and twenty residential dwellings above, with associated access, landscaping and other related works at 61-65 St Peters Street, St Albans, AL1 3EA in accordance with the terms of the application ref: 5/19/3099, dated 6 December 2019, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a redevelopment scheme to provide 51 apartments split between three 2½-storey blocks with additional lower ground level parking, plant, storage and accommodation; comprising 12 x 1-bed flats, 35 x 2-bed flats and 4 x 3-bed flats with 57 associated parking spaces, bin and bicycle storage, additional landscaping and new vehicular access following demolition of the existing 4 detached properties at 8-14 Oatlands Drive, Weybridge, KT13 9JL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2020/0691, dated 2 April 2020, subject to the conditions.
