Access to be considered in detail and all other matters reserved for future consideration at Land West of Church Road, Otham, Kent ME15 8SB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/501600/OUT, dated 27 March 2019, subject to the conditions set out at the end of the decision notice.

Appeal B (APP/U2235/W/20/3256952):

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development for 421 dwellings with associated access, infrastructure, drainage, open space and landscaping at Land West of Church Road, Otham, Kent ME15 8SB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/506182/FULL dated 6 December 2019, subject to the conditions set out at the end of the decision notice.
