The proposed development originally described as ‘Outline planning application for the development of approximately 41 dwellings including access, open space, SuDS and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved except for access’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Guy Munden, Northumberland Estates against the decision of Northumberland County Council.
