The development proposed is the outline planning application (all matters reserved
except access for the demolition of the existing bungalow (no 15) and associated
outbuildings and the erection of 10 dwellings with a new access from Martins Lane and
associated open space has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Ms A Saberton against the decision of East Cambridgeshire
District Council.  The application Ref 19/01003/OUM, dated 1 July 2019, was refused by notice dated 7 November 2019.

The development proposed is residential development for 44 no. residential dwellings (of which
25% (11 no.) will be affordable), public open space, landscaping, means of highway and
pedestrian access, local highway and pedestrian infrastructure improvements along Vicarage
Lane, foul sewerage pumping station and new off-street resident parking provision for existing
residents, this has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Gower Homes Ltd and the owners (Miss C Houston, Miss K Houston, Mr
M Houston and Mrs K Davenport) against the decision of Wrexham County Borough Council.
The application Ref P/2018/1063, dated 13 December 2018, was refused by notice dated 29
July 2019.

The development proposed is described as ‘Change of use from B1, B2, B8, C3 and D2
to C3, and redevelopment for up to eleven dwellings’ has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr Barry Gardiner against the decision of Guildford Borough Council. The application Ref 19/P/00167, dated 21 January 2019, was refused by notice dated 1 May 2019.

The development proposed is demolition of 2 no. outbuildings to create access and
construction of 28 no. 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom residential dwellings and all ancillary
works at Rectory Farm, Woburn Sands Road, Bow Brickhill, MK17 9JY has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr David Gill (Gill Hudson Homes Ltd) against the decision of
Milton Keynes Council. The application Ref 18/01372/FUL, dated 18 May 2018, was refused by notice dated 7 June 2019.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the
clearance, lowering and levelling of site and the erection of up to 10 dwelling houses,
with new shared-surface, new vehicular & pedestrian access, and the
demolition of Number 23 and formation of new blank supporting gable wall to
Number 25 at Former Monkridge Residents Association and Lands, 21 and 23
and land south of 9 -23 Monkridge Gardens, Dunston Hill, Gateshead NE11 9XE
in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref DC/19/00634/OUT, dated
22 June 2019,

The development proposed is an outline application for a residential development of up
to 80 dwellings and ancillary works to include access, infiltration basin, open space and
landscaping with all matters reserved except access has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Landcrest Developments Ltd against Bedford Borough Council.
The application Ref 18/02671/MAO, is dated 18 October 2018.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the
construction of up to 102 dwellings, access roads and a 90-bed nursing home
with the relocation of the scout hut on land at Holme Mill Lane, Keighley, West
Yorkshire BD22 6BL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref
16/08422/MAO, dated 14 October 2016, subject to the conditions set out in the
schedule at the end of this decision.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the planning
permission to erect 40 dwellings (including 25 affordable homes) and
associated access, open space and drainage infrastructure at Land south of
Coates Avenue, Winterton DN15 9SP in accordance with the terms of the
application, Ref PA/2018/1759, dated 3 September 2018, subject to the
conditions in the attached Schedule.

The development proposed is described on the application form as “Proposed New
Residential Development comprising 42 dwellings, incorporating 35% affordable,
together with associated new access road and public open space” has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr Charles Course (Heathpatch Ltd) against the decision of
Babergh District Council. The application Ref DC/18/02316 dated 15 May 2018, was refused by notice dated 14 December 2018.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for construction of
58 residential units with associated access, landscaping and amenity space at
Land North of Fairfields, Long framlington, Northumberland in accordance with
the terms of the application, Ref 18/03231/FUL, dated 7 September 2018,
subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.
