The development proposed described as ‘Redevelopment of former garden centre to 17no dwellings, public open spaces including associated landscape works together withconversion of existing building to office use.’ has been refused. The application Ref 17/6072M, dated 24 November 2017, was refused by notice dated 10 May 2018. The appeal is made by Mr Brighouse of Brighouse Homes (Mobberley) Ltd against the decision of Cheshire East Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of29 dwellings and associated engineering works at Moss Lane Macclesfield in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 17/2854M, dated 5 June2017, subject to the conditions on the attached schedule.
