The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 205 dwellings and up to 60 bed apartments with care (C2), with public open space, landscaping, a sustainable drainage system and vehicular access points from Exeter Road on land west of Bagley Road, Rockwell Green, Wellington in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 43/17/0002, dated 23 December 2016, subject to the conditions set out at the end of this decision.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for full application of 15 dwellings, construction of access and provision of open space. Ref S/2757/17/FL, dated 1st August 2017 and was refused by notice dated 24th January 2018. The appeal is made by Colegrove Estates Ltd against the decision of South Cambridgeshire District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for erection of 66 dwellings, formation of access read, open space, landscaping and associated works. The application ref 16/06790/FUL dated 12th July 2016, was refused by notice dated 9th August 2017. The appeal is made by Greensquare Group Limited & Ashville Calne Ltd against the decision of Wiltshire Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 40no.residential units at Returnable Packaging Service Limited, Low Lane, High Leven TS8 0BW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref17/1912/OUT, dated 18 July 2017, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the conversion of premises to 16 self-contained student apartments. The application ref 2017/62/93308/W dated 21 September 2017, was refused by notice dated 1 February 2018. The appeal is made by Mr Fong Bin Yong against the decision of Kirklees Metropolitan Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for residential development (including affordable housing and GP surgery) in addition to associated open space, infrastructure and attenuation features with all matters reserved except for access. Ref 16/12217/OUT dated 14 December 2016 was refused by notice dated 26 May 2017. The appeal is made by Richborough Estates Partnership PLC against the decision of Wiltshire Council.

 The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the development of up to 72 dwellings with associated large area of Public Open Space at Land off Blackthorn Road, Launton OX26 5DA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 17/01173/OUT, dated 24 May 2017, subject to the conditions contained in the schedule at the end of this decision.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 78 residential dwellings (35% affordable housing), introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access point from Taylor’s Road and associated ancillary works. All matters to be reserved except for main site access from Taylor’s Road at Land off Taylor’s Road, Stotfold SG5 4AQ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref CB/16/03344/OUT, dated 27 July 2016 subject to the conditions set out in the schedule to this decision notice.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for erection of 10 residential dwellings and associated works. The Decision supersedes that issued on 11 December 2017. That decision on the appeal was quashed by order of the high court. Ref S.15/2122/FUL dated 28th August 2015, was refused by notice dated 7 December 2016. The appeal is made by Edward Blake Ltd against the decision of Stroud District Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 57 new homes, access from Basingstoke Road, at Land at Stanbury House, Basingstoke Road, Spencers Wood RG7 1AJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref O/2014/2101, dated 23 September 2014, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
