The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the erection of up to 240 dwellings on Home Farm. Southam, Warwickshire. The application Ref 15/04305/OUT, dated 3 December 2015, was refused by notice dated 20 October 2016. The appeal is made by Kler Group against the decision of Stratford on Avon District Council.
