The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Limited against North Kesteven Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for a residential development of up to 65 no. dwellings to include public open space, affordable housing and staff car park for St Chad’s Primary School, in accordance with application ref: 132726, dated 27 February 2015. Appeal B – The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition of existing agricultural buildings and dilapidated farm houses, residential development comprising 2 No replacement dwellings and conversion of three barns to provide 6 No dwellings, a total of 8 dwellings, and new access road at Littleton Manor Farm, Bicester Road, Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire HP18 0JR in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/02032/APP, dated 11 June 2015, subject to the conditions in the Schedule to this decision.
