The application Ref 16/1136/FUL, dated 7 September 2016, was refused by notice dated 23 December 2016. The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline planning application with all matters reserved for residential development of 14 bungalows at Elm Farm, Little Clacton Road, Clacton-on-Sea CO16 8DZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 16/00740/OUT, dated 4 May 2016 subject to the conditions set out in the annex to this decision. The appeal is made by Robinson & Hall LLP against the decision of Tendring District Council

The application Ref 16/00990/OUT, dated 21 March 2016, was refused by notice dated  12 July 2016. The appeal is made by Mr John Lagan of Lagan Homes Ltd against the decision of Stratford on Avon District Council

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning is refused for the proposed erection of 109 dwellings, in accordance with application ref: 15/00798/OUTM, dated 9 April 2015, on land off Avon Drive, Huntington, York. The appeal is made by Pilcher Homes Limited against York Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the erection of a doctor’s surgery and up to 36 residential dwellings, in accordance with application ref: S.14/2879/OUT, dated 10 December 2014, on land north of Alkerton Road, Eastington, Stonehouse, Stroud. The appeal is made by Springfield Investments Limited against Stroud District Council.
