 Appeal B is dismissed and outline planning has been refused for the erection of 15 village dwellings with associated garages on land to the north of Church Road, Bulmer, Essex.The application Ref 16/01491/OUT, dated 31 August  2016, was refused by notice dated 17 October  2016. The appeal is made by Granville Developments and Mr N Burke against the decision of Braintree District Council.
