The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is allowed for over 150 dwellings on over 5 hectares at Leeds Road, Collingham, Leeds. This is in accordance with application ref: 14/00315/OT, dated 17 January 2014. This included consideration of the matter of Housing Land Supply (HLS) in Leeds jointly with two other appeals between 19 and 21 April 2016, with closing submissions on 29 April 2016. Appeal B is dismissed and outline planning is refused for the demolition of an existing two storey house to be developed into 18 two, three and four bed luxury apartments with 18 parking spaces on land at Fistral Blue, Headland Road, Newquay. The application reference PA15/09220  dated 1 October 2015  was refused by notice dated 18 January 2016. The appeal is made by Bluer Homes Limited against Cornwall Council.

 The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development of up to 98 dwellings at land West of The Street, Little Clacton,Essex CO16 9LT in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/01550/OUT , dated 7 October 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule to this decision. The appeal is made by Mr N & J Barington-Fuller against Tendring District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 27 dwellings on land off Trewarren Road, St Ishmaels, Haverfordwest. The application reference NP/15/0031/OUT dated 19/01/2015 was refused by notice dated 11/11/15. The appeal is made by Messrs Warren Marshall & David Warren Davis against Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the reception of up to 100 dwellings with associated works and infrastructure on land at the former Glory Mill, Glory Park Avenue, Woobirn Green, Buckinghamshire. The application reference 14/07504/OUT is dated 29 September 2014. The appeal is made by BAM Glory Mill Limited against Wycombe District Council.

The appeal, is dismissed  and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 20 dwellings and reconstruction of existing office building at Kayrent Limited – 10 Nickerson Way, Peacefield Business Park, Houton-le-Clay. The application reference N/085/00701/16 dated 29 March 2016 ws refused by notice dated 10 August 2016. The appeal is made by Mr Trevor Hendry of Keyrent Ltd against East Lindsey District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 8 x 3-5 bedroom market houses and 9 x 1-3 bedroom affordable dwellings on land to the south of Sheepscombe Lane, Painswick neighbouring “The Park” settlement. The application reference 15/1297/FUL dated 1 June 2015 was refused by notice dated 10 December 2015. The appeal is made by Mr Guy Wooddisse against Stroud District Council.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 34 residential dwellings, with all matters reserved except for access on land north of Weeland Road, Eggborough in accordance with the terms of application Ref 2016/0124/OUT, dated 8 February 2016 and in accordance with the 11 conditions in the attached Schedule.
