All of the appeals are made by David Wilson Homes  (Mercia) against Cherwell District Council on land north of Gaveston Gardens, Banbury Road, Deddington.

Appeal A

1. The appeal is allowed and the landscaping scheme details submitted pursuant to condition No 10 attached to planning permission Ref 13/00301/OUT granted on 18 December 2013 in accordance with the application dated 22 March 2016 and the plans submitted with it are approved.

Appeal B

2. The appeal is allowed and the landscaping scheme details submitted pursuant to condition No 18 attached to approval of reserved matters Ref 14/02111/REM granted on 26 May 2015 in accordance with the application dated 22 March 2016 and the plans submitted with it are approved.

Appeal C

3. The appeal is dismissed.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 130 units comprising of detached, terraced house and apartments on land at the Huntsman Sports Club, Manor Way, Blackheath, Greenwich. The application reference 15/2819/F is dated 9 September 2015. The appeal is made by Derreb Limited against the Royal Borough of Greenwich Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 87 dwelling, 1 retail outlet and the change of use to 1 x building from agricultural to 40 x apartments on land at Horizon Poultry Farm, Tremar, Cornwall. The application reference PA15/02602 dated 18 March 2015 was refused by notice dated 18 August 2015. The appeal is made by Gubblecote Properties Ltd against Cornwall Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 20 (ClassC3) dwellings and open space, including details of vehicular access with all other matters (layout, scale, appearance and landscaping) reserved for future approval at Land north of Leigh Drive, Stansted Road, Elsenham, Essex, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: UTT/15/3090/OP, dated 5 October 2015, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by The Crown Estate against Uttlesford District Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development of up to 24 dwellings and associated open space and landscaping at Land off Greenfield Road, Flitton MK45 5DR in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref CB/15/03958/OUT , dated 15 October 2015, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Ms P Kakar and Mr M Chaudhary against Central Bedfordshire Council.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 23 dwellings and associated works (outline:access) on Land North of Manor Barns,Newton Lane, Austrey, Warwickshire CV9 3EP in accordance with the terms of the application Ref PAP/2015/0350, dated 5 June 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Mr R Kirkland, Maplevale Developments Ltd against North Warwickshire Borough Council.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing agricultural buildings and residential development of up to 70 dwellings, including associated landscaping, public open space, access, drainage, infrastructure and parking, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref. 15/01999/OUT dated 29 May 2015 and subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Barwood Development Securities Limited against West Oxfordshire District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 13 dwellings with associated open space and access on land off North Lane, Foxton. The application reference 15/01895/OUT dated 26 November 2015 was refused by notice dated 21 July 2016.

The appeal is allowed. Planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 46 dwellings on land at 17 The Close, Horley, Surrey, RH6 9EB, in accordance with the terms of the application, ref. 14/01075/OUT, dated 26 May 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule attached to this decision. The appeal is made by Amtrose Limited against Reigate & Banstead Borough Council.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 27 dwellings at Land rear of Nuffield Hospital, Hatherley Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 6PN, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 15/01048/OUT, dated 15 June 2015, and the plans submitted with it, as amended, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Grovefield Car parking Limited against Cheltenham Borough Council.
