The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 47 dwellings following the demolition of existing buildings on land at Paris House. Frenchmans Road, Petersfield. The Application reference SDNP/14/04/04736/FUL dated 11 September 2014 was refused by notice dated 16 November 2015. Appeal A   The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development for up to 90 dwellings, including roads, footways and open space at Land off Windermere Avenue, Colne, Lancashire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/14/0580P, dated 15 December 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule below.

Appeal B    The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 270 dwellings including roads, footways and open space on land off Windermere Avenue, Colne, Lancashire. The application Ref 13/14/0581P, dated 15 December 2014, was refused by notice dated 8 June 2015. The appeal is made by Junction Property Ltd against Pendle Borough Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 11 dwellings on Warren Golf Club, Herbage Park Road, Woodham Walter, Essex. The application Ref FUL/MAL/00047, dated 22 January 2015, was refused by notice dated 23 July 2015. The appeal is made by Mr M Manning against the decision of Maldon District Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing building and the erection of Age Exclusive for the over 55’s Housing, including landscaping and car parking at 221 Banbury Road, Stratford-Upon- Avon, CV37 7HT in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/01068/FUL, dated 2 April 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by McCarthy & Stone Retirement Lifestyles Ltd and Exemplar Homes against Stratford on Avon District Council.

 The appeal is allowed and the reserved matters are approved, namely, the layout, scale, appearance and the landscaping of the site submitted in pursuance of condition No 1 of outline planning permission Ref  6/2013/0802/PO, granted on 11 September 2013, and subject to the conditions in the schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Mr and Mrs C White against Denbighshire County Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning is refused for the demolition of existing structures and construction of up to 263 dwellings with access, open space, landscaping and associated works on land to the west of A365 Shurnhold, Melksham, Wiltshire. The Application Reference 14/11919/OUT dated 15 December 2014 was refused by notice dated 15 July 2015. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd and Mr Nicholas Keen against Wiltshire Council

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline application for a residential development of up to 165 dwellings with access applied for off Lambs Road and Raikes Road at Land off Lambs Road, Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/00553/OULMAJ, dated 30 June 2014, subject to the conditions set out inthe schedule set out at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Wainhomes (North West) Ltd against Wyre Borough Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 350 dwellings, local centre of up to 700sq.m. of Class A1 retail use, open space, access roads, cycleway, footpaths, landscaping and associated engineering works in accordance with Application reference E/2013/0083/OUT dated 23 January 2013. The appeal is made by Mactaggart & Mickel Limited against Wiltshire Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 35 dwellings with access, garages and landscaping on land at Manor Road, Goring-On-Thames, Oxfordshire. the Application Reference P15/S3483/O dated 16 October 2015 was refused by notice dated 21 January 2016. The appeal is made by Elegant Homes Ltd and Frenbury Developments Ltd against South Oxfordshire District Council.
