The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline planning application for a residential development of up to 200 dwellings, public open space, access and associated infrastructure; detailed approval is sought for access arrangements from Waterloo Road, with all other matters to be reserved at land at Waterloo Road, Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/03027/OUT, dated 31 October 2014, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 57 new homes and access from Basingstoke Road at Land at Stanbury House, Basingstoke Road, Spencers Wood, Reading RG7 1AJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref O/2014/2101, dated 23 September 2014, subject to the conditions contained within the Schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the construction of 59 dwellings including affordable, associated open space, access, drainage and infrastructure at land at Issa Farm, Mynydd Isa, Flintshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 053208, dated 28 January 2015, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 1 at the end of this document. The appeal is made by Bloor Homes(northern) Ltd against Flintshire County Council.  

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 10 houses on land at Chapel Fields, Loxwood Road, Alfold, Cranleigh GU6 8HW. The Application Reference WA/2015/0404 dated 25 February 2015 was refused by notice dated 22 July 2015. The appeal is made by Mr Richard Cooke against Waverley Borough Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 60 dwellings, including roads, paths, open space and associated works including access and garaging at Land north of 12 Celsea Place, Cholsey OX10 9QW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P15/S0262/O, dated 2 February 2015, subject to the conditions in the attached Annex. The appeal is made by Linden Homes Chiltern against South Oxfordshire District Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 130 dwellings, including infrastructure, ancillary facilities, open space and landscaping and the construction of a new vehicular access on land off Prince Charles Drive, Calne, Wiltshire, in accordance with the terms of the application No 14/11179/OUT, dated 25 November 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Robert Hitchins Ltd against Wiltshire Council

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 31 dwellings with new access, with landscape and layout on land off Bury Close, Cottingham LE16 8XF The Application Reference 14/00094/OUT dated 21 February 2014 was refused by notice dated 20 January 2015. The appeal is made by Kiff and Troke Partnership against Corby Borough Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for up to 27 dwelling and associated open space with access off Brock Close, Cheltenham The Application Reference 15/00573/OUT dated 11 March 2015 was refused by notice dated 8 July 2015. The appeal is made by Newbridge Construction Ltd Evesham and Pershore Housing against Mr and Mrs A Davis against Cheltenham Borough Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 61 dwellings (all matters reserved) on land at Cauldwell Road, Linton Derbyshire DE12 6RX The Application Reference 9/2015/0129 dated 28 January 2015 was refused by notice dated 24 June 2015. The appeal is made by Investin Properties (jersey) Ltd against South Derbyshire District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 73 dwellings (including up to 26 affordable dwellings). Construction of associated works on land adjacent to Kings Acre Halt. Kings Acre Road, Hereford. The Application Reference 142985 dated 16 September 2014 was refused by notice dated 6 May 2015.
