The appeal is made by Millen Land Group Limited against the decision of Uttlesford District Council.

The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the erection of 68 dwellings and all associated works at land off London Road, Buntingford SG9 9JN in accordance with the terms of the application 3/23/1390/FUL, subject to the conditions.
The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 90 dwellings with public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point. All matters reserved except for means of access at Scamps Hill, Lindfield, RH16 2GT in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref DM/24/0446, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline planning permission with means of access from Manchester Road, but not within the site, for the erection of up to 22no. dwellings. All other matters reserved at Land to the west of Manchester Road and east of Rookery Vale, Deepcar, Sheffield S36 2RJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 24/00357/OUT, subject to the conditions.
