Sandhurst Road, Finchampstead, Berkshire RG40 3JE.  The Application Reference 152100 dated 20 July 2015 was refused by notice dated 13 October 2015. The appeal is made by Creighton-Ward against Wokingham Borough Council.

 The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition of existing farm buildings and the erection of 18 dwellings at Wheatleys Farm, High Road, Ashton Keynes, Swindon, inaccordance with the terms of the Application Reference Number  14/11978/OUT, dated 17 December 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Mr and Mrs A Gleed  against Wiltshire Council.

 The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development comprising 21 dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping at 109 South Lane, Ash, Aldershot, GU12 6NL in accordance with the terms of the Application, Reference 14/P/01637 dated 29 August 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Mr Anthony Webber (Cove Construction Ltd) against Guildford Borough Council.

Appeal A –  The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 12 dwellings with access from Dunholme Close, Welton, Lincolnshire. The Application Reference 132426 dated 6 February 2015 was refused by notice dated 27 August 2015. The appeal is made by Mr Charles Pickering against West Lindsey District Council

Appeal B –  The appeal  is allowed and planning permission is granted for change of use from agriculture to public open space at Land South of Dunholme Close, Dunholme/Welton, Lincolnshire in accordance with the terms of the Application, Reference  132426, dated 6 February 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the Annex to this decision. The appeal is made by Mr Charles Pickering against West Lindsey District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 210 dwellings, site access, highways networks, landscaping, public open space and associated works on land at Mill Lane, Princes  Risborough  HP27 9LN. The Application Reference 14/06162/OUT dated 30 April 2014. The appeal  is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against Wycombe District Council

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 12 detached two storey houses on land at Church Street, Wingrave, Buckinghamshire HP22 4PE. The Application Reference 15/01884/AOP dated 1 June 2015 was refused by notice dated 13 August 2015. The appeal is made by Mr J & G Pope against Aylesbury Vale District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of two detached dwellings (as amended by revised plans received 17 August 2015, showing a reduction in the application site area) on land adjoining 7 Emmington, Chinnor, Oxon. The Application Reference P15-S2255/0  dated 1 July 2015 was refused by notice dated 14 September 2015. The appeal is made by Mr Michael Holland against South Oxfordshire District Council.  

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 23 dwellings of which 30% will be affordable units on land south of Bourne Lane, Brimscombe, Gloucestershire GL5 2QE.
