The Application Reference 14/02139/ OUT dated 22 December 2014 was refused by notice dated 25 March 2015

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 35 dwellings including 35% affordable housing and associated works on land south of John Taylor Way, Moreton Morrell, Warwickshire CV35 9DH. The Application Reference 14/00946/FUL dated 1 April 2014 was refused by notice dated 23 October 2014. The appeal is made by David Wilson Homes(Mercia) Ltd against Stratford on Avon District Council.

Appeal A

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the conversion and alterations of a retail showroom (use Class A1) plus associated storage and office into university student apartments (use class C3) with associated recreational facilities, and a silk weaving museum (Use Class D1) and the erection of a bicycle shelter at Galgate Mill, Chapel Lane, Galgate, Lancashire LA2 0PR in accordance with the terms of the Application, Reference 14/00989/CU, dated 12 September 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the attached annex.
