The application Ref. 14/01704/OUT, dated 14 April 2014, was refused by notice dated 18 November 2014. Appeal B

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for residential development at Land at Plealey Lane, Longden, Shrewsbury, SY5 8EX. The application Ref. 15/00724, dated 12 February 2015, was refused by notice dated 21 May 2015. The appeal is made by Mr and Mrs D Jones, H Ratcliff, C Salmon, S Jones and Mr and Mrs P Jones against the decision of Shropshire Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development, including enhanced junction and access arrangements at Oaklands, Ersham Road, Hailsham, East Sussex BN27 3PL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref WD/2014/1226/MAO, dated 10 June 2014, subject to the conditions contained within the Schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Masma Limited against the decision of Wealden District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the erection of 18 affordable homes to meet local needs with associated parking, landscaping and access at Land off Doctor’s Lane, Eccleston, Lancashire, PR7 5QZ. The application Ref 14/01157/FULMAJ, is dated 31 October 2014. The appeal is made by Partner Construction against Chorley Borough Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for demolition of all existing structures except the farmhouse and erection of up to 72 dwellings with ancillary parking, access and gardens, along with the erection of a community building at Former Haulage Yard, Sewardstone Road, Waltham Abbey, Essex, E4 7RH. The application Ref EPF/1556/14, dated 26 June 2014, was refused by notice dated 19 November 2014. The appeal is made by E W Davies Farms Ltd against the decision of Epping Forest District Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline application with means of site access to be determined all other matters reserved for the erection of up to 55 dwellings (Class C3), public open space including woodland/amenity area, balancing pond and associated earthworks to facilitate surface water drainage, landscaping, car parking and other ancillary works on Land off Eastward Road, Malvern in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 13/01587/OUT, dated 5 December 2013 and subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is dismissed and planning permission for the erection of 14 dwellings and associated access road at Loughborough Road, Hathern, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE12 SHY is refused. The application Ref P/14/0966/2, is dated 13 May 2014. The appeal is made by SF Leicester Ltd against Charnwood Borough Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 32 dwellings at Walcot Meadow, Walcot Lane, Drakes Broughton, Pershore, Worcestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/14/00273/OU, dated 6 February 2014, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Schedule.
