The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of five detached dwellings following demolition of existing bungalow to include associated access improvements and landscaping at Vashlyn, Kelsalls Lane, Copthorne, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY3 8LU in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/04608/FUL, dated 13 November 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule of Planning Conditions attached hereto and forming part of this decision.  The appeal is made by Mr D Parton against the decision of Shropshire Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for  a residential development of up to 124 dwellings and associated infrastructure at Land at Boxbury Hill, Midsomer Norton, BS39 7SL. The application Ref 13/048880/OUT, dated 8 November 2013, was refused by notice dated 18 February 2014. The appeal is made by Mr J Down, Mrs M Mowlam, Mrs White & Edward Ware Homes Ltd., against the decision of Bath & North East Somerset Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of 12 dwellings at 3 Top Street, Appleby Magna, Swadlincote DE12 7AH in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/00251/OUTM, dated 21 March 2014, subject to the conditions on the attached Schedule.The appeal is made by Mr and Mrs P Kavanagh against the decision of North West Leicestershire District Council

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development for up to 61 dwellings with all matters reserved except access at Land off Hospital Lane, Collett’s Green, Worcester, Worcestershire WR2 in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/00617/OUT, dated 14 May 2014, and the plans submitted with it, subject to conditions attached in the Annex to this decision. The appeal is made by Selbourne Homes against Malvern Hills District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning premission is refused for residential development (17 dwellings total) and associated works including access at Land to the south of Mereside, Brooke, Norwich, Norfolk  NR15 1JS. The application Ref 2014/0474/O, dated 10 March 2014, was refused by notice dated 11 June 2014. The appeal is made by Mr Peter Sabberton against the decision of South Norfolk District Council.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development and access (all other matters reserved) at Land adjacent to The Larches, Shawbury Road, Wem, Shrewsbury, SY4 5PF. The application Ref 14/00797/OUT, dated 21 February 2014, was refused by notice dated 5 June 2014. The appeal is made by Mr & Mrs M Jones and F, S, P, H Ratcliff against the decision of Shropshire Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development for 48 dwellings with associated access and area of public open space on land at Springville/Brock Lane, East Sleekburn, Northumberland, NE22 7AZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/03937/FUL, dated 23 December 2013, subject to the conditions set out I the accompanying Schedule. The appeal is made by Dysart Developments against the decision of Northumberland County Council.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of 63 dwellings, open space, pedestrian and vehicular access, car parking, landscaping and associated works at Brogdale Road/Brogdale Place, Faversham, Kent, ME13 8SX., in accordance with the terms of the application Ref SW/13/1567, dated 23 December 2013, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Shepherd Neame Ltd. against the decision of Swale Borough Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of 90 dwellings including access, associated engineering works, garages, infrastructure drainage and landscaping on land east of Tregony Road, Probus, Cornwall in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PA13/09823, dated 24 October 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule attached as Annex C.
