The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 33 dwellings, access roads, footpaths, garages and public open space on land south of Morningside with access from Oldwood Road, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire WR15 in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/00035/OUT, dated 24 December 2013, subject to the conditions attached as an Annex to this decision.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development for up to 300 dwellings, public open space, a play area, landscaping, highways, and associated infrastructure works on land north of Langton Hill, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 5AH, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref S/086/01809/13, dated 18 September 2013, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development and new vehicular access onto B4361 on land at Wharton, Hereford Road, Leominster HR6 0NY, in accordance with application Ref: P140570/O, dated 21 February 2014, and subject to the conditions contained in the Annex to this decision.

Appeal A is dismissed and planning permission refused for  the erection of 50 dwellings, provision of open space and associated infrastructure at Land east of Wellesbourne Road and north of Wasperton Lane, Barford CV35 8EL. The application Ref W/13/1465, dated 14 October 2013, was refused by notice dated 14 January 2014.

Appeal B is dismissed and planning permission refused for the partial demolition of approximately 86 metres of wall, circa 2 metres high to below line of damaged bricks and the erection of a safety hoarding together with necessary temporary works plus storage of undamaged bricks at Wall adjacent Wellesbourne Road, Barford CV35 8EL. The application Ref W/14/0361, dated 13 March 2014, was refused by notice dated 19 May 2014.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission refused for the erection of 26 affordable homes together with associated works (amended application) at former Ellerman Lines Sports and Social Club, Carr Lane, Hoylake. The application ref: APP/12/01377, dated 16 November 2012, was refused by notice dated 19 December 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission refused for outline development for 93 dwellings, access from Langford Road, Henlow, and demolition of numbers 14 and 16 Langford Road, Henlow at land to the rear of 102 to 126 High Street, Henlow, SG16 6AE. The application Ref CB/13/02458/OUT, dated 16 July 2013, was refused by notice dated 22 October 2013.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 80 dwellings with children’s play area, public open space, surface water attenuation basin and associated works at land off Dovehouse Drive, Wellesbourne, Warwickshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/03173/FUL, dated 6 December 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule of Conditions.

The appeal is allowed.  Outline planning permission is granted for the erection of approximately 75 dwellings plus the creation of an access point from Water Lane, the provision of open space including a children’s play area, linear park and landscaping, and sustainable urban drainage systems, on land north of Brook Close and Rother Close, Storrington, in accordance with the terms of the application, ref. DC/13/1265, dated 5 July 2013, subject to the conditions set out in Annex C to this decision.

The appreal is dismissed and outline planning permission refused for the erection of up to 149 dwellings (including affordable homes), new vehicular and pedestrian access, public open space, separate multi-use community open space and landscaping at land West of High Street, Irchester, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The application Ref WP/2013/0590/OM, dated 6 November 2013, was refused by notice dated 19 February 2014.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission refused for the erection of up to 249 dwellings with associated infrastructure, vehicular and pedestrian access, public open space and associated land compensation works at land east of East Delph, Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire. The application Ref F/YR13/0714/O, dated 19 August 2013, was refused by notice dated 20 December 2013.
