The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of up to 75 two, three and four bedroom dwellings to include affordable housing, access and public open space at land south of North Common Road, Wivelsfield Green, East Sussex RH17 7RA in accordance with the terms of the application Ref LW/13/0720, dated 31 October 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule to this decision

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission refused for residential development, comprising of up to 36 dwellings, estate road and associated works, with all matters save for means of access reserved for subsequent approval at land off Hillside Close, Bozeat, Wellingborough, NN29 7LG. The application Ref WP/2013/0332/OM, dated 3 July 2013, was refused by notice dated 22 January 2014.

Accordingly, for the reasons given above, the Secretary of State disagrees with the Inspector’s recommendation and hereby dismisses your client’s appeal and refuses outline planning permission for up to 211 residential units, associated infrastructure and defined access with all other matters reserved at land to the south of Verney Road, Winslow, in accordance with application ref: 13/01672/AOP. The application Ref 13/01672/AOP, dated 19 June 2013, was refused by notice dated 13 September 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission refused for the erection of 12 affordable dwellings, comprising a mixture of 2 and 3 bed houses on land off Tump Lane, Much Birch, Herefordshire. The application Ref 131680/F, dated 31 May 2013, was refused by notice dated 12 March 2014.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 18 houses at land to the rear of Fairlea, Barton Road, Welford-on-Avon, Stratford- upon-Avon, CV37 8EY in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/02054/FUL dated 16 August 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.

The appeal is dismissed and ning permission refused for the demolition of existing poultry and ancillary buildings and construction of 36 dwellings with amenity space and allotments at Fengate Farm, Fengate, Marsham, Aylsham, Norfolj, NR10 5QZ. The application Ref 20131533, dated 30 October 2013, was refused by notice dated 3 February 2014.

Appeal A is dismissed and outline planning permission refused for residential development (houses and flats) with potential retail or office units at ground floor level at 112 Oxford Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex CO15 3TE. The application Ref 13/01310/OUT, dated 25 October 2013, was refused by notice dated 17 February 2014.

Appeal B is dismissed and outline planning permission refused for residential development (houses and flats) with potential retail or office units at ground floor level at 112 Oxford Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex CO15 3TE. The application Ref 13/01309/OUT, dated 25 October 2013, was refused by notice dated 17 February 2014.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission, with all matters except access reserved, is granted for residential development up to 71 dwellings (including 35% affordable housing), access, landscaping and associated works at Land off Hopcott Road, Minehead, Somerset in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 3/21/13/120, dated 13 December 2013, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the attached schedule of conditions.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission refused for the construction of 22 self build homes. The applicant intends to construct the services to each plot, with each plot sold to individuals who will then commission or self-build bespoke homes. The Land is to the South of Loud Reservoir, Loud Hill, Stanley, Greencroft, County Durham. The application Ref GB/1/2013/0215/DMOP, dated 2 May 2013, was refused by notice dated 2 December 2013

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission refused for residential development to include affordable housing (resubmission) at The Gables, Nesscliffe, Shrewsbury SY4 1DB. The application Ref: 12/04425/OUT, dated 23 October 2012, was refused by notice dated 3 June 2013.
