The appeal is allowed and an outline planning permission is granted with all
matters reserved except for access for up to 110 homes, public open space,
landscaping, highway improvements and associated engineering works at land
at Beachley Road, Sedbury, Gloucestershire, NP16 7AA in accordance with the
terms of the application Ref P1792/13/OUT, dated 6 December 2013, and the
plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule below.

Appeal A and Appeal B were dismissed and planning permission refused for demolition of existing buildings and removal of the scrap yard and erection of 12 apartments including parking, amenity space and access at 26-32 Fish Street, Redbourn, St Albans, AL3 7LP. The application Ref 5/13/1280, dated 17 May 2013, was refused by notice dated 23 August 2013.

The appeal was dismissed and outline planning permission refused for 26 dwellings, open space, access and associated works at land north of Sussex Road. Petersfield, Hamphire, GU31 4JZ. The application Ref SDNP/13/03649/OUT, dated 1 August 2013, was refused by notice dated 15 November 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the redevelopment of 2-6 Priory Road, Alcester, Warwickshire B49 5DY to form 36 sheltered apartments for the elderly, including communal facilities (Category II type accommodation), access, car parking, and landscaping. The application Ref 13/01588/FUL, dated 28 June 2013, was refused by notice dated 30 October 2013.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 3 x dwellings on land off Queens Street, Halford, Warwickshire, in accordance withthe terms of the application, No 13/02570/FUL, dated 3 October 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 25 dwellings with associated access, landscaping and infrastructure on land off Stratford Road, Hampton Lucy CV35 8BH in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 13/01876/FUL, dated 1 August 2013, subject to the conditions in Appendix 1.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 120 residential dwellings (C3) along with associated infrastructure and openspace at Land at Home Farm, Church Hill, Pinhoe, Exeter, Devon EX4 0AY in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/4802/01, dated 6 November 2013, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the construction of thirteen sustainable dwellings including an on-site warden flat, ancillary parking and landscaping at Fayrefield, Towcester Road, Maids Moreton, Buckingham MK18 1RD. The application Ref 14/00117/APP, dated 16 January 2014, was refused by notice dated 17 April 2014.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the development of 14 dwellings maximum at the Land at Stoneyford Road adjacent to Fisher Close, Stoneyford Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. The application Ref V/2014/0108, dated 3 March 2014, was refused by notice dated 3 June 2014.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 25 dwellings at the Land at Smithbrook Kilns, Cranleigh, Surrey GU6 8JJ. The application Ref WA/2013/1303, dated 28 June 2013, was refused by notice dated 8 November 2013.
