For the reasons given below, the client’s application is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for residential development (construction of 16 dwellings) at land adjacent Lletrydderwen, Myddynfych, Ammanford, Dyfed.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 95 dwellings and formation of access point into the site to serve the development at Land off Dunnocksfold Road, Alsager, Cheshire ST7 2TW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 12/4146C dated 23 October 2012, subject to the conditions set out at Annex A to this decision.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 60 dwellings (Class C3), including affordable housing, access, car parking and associated works, open space, landscaping and a children’s play area on land to the west of Cody Road, Waterbeach, Cambridge CB25 9LS in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref S/0645/13/FL, dated 22 March 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule of Conditions.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 90 dwellings on land north of Bannold Road, Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref S/1359/13/OL, dated 21 June 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule of Conditions.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the erection of thirty residential dwellings including twelve affordable homes together with associated open space, meadow land, access, landscaping and seventy five parking places on the Land at Tanners Meadow, Strood Green, Dorking, Surrey. The application Ref MO/2013/0055/PLAMAJ, dated 14 January 2013, was refused by notice dated 13 June 2013.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the residential development on the land west of Aberlady Road, Haddington, East Lothian EH41 3SG with associated open space, landscaping, tree planting, SUDS pond, development access road, junction improvements, enhancement of pedestrian routes and ancillary works. Application 12/00199/PPM for planning permission in principle dated 6 March 2012 refused by notice dated 24 April 2013.

The appeals are dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for erection of 5 dwellings and 13 dwellings on Land to the rear of 22-30 Bolford Street, Thaxted CM6 2PY. The application A Ref UTT/13/2975/OP, dated 1 November 2013, was refused by notice dated 20 December 2013. The application B Ref UTT/13/0558/OP, dated 7 March 2013, was refused by notice dated 13 June 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the mixed residential development comprising 14 residential units (including 6 affordable units) with new vehicular access, public open space and associated landscaping on the Land off Reddings Lane, Staunton, (Coleford), Gloucestershire. The application, Ref P0170/13/OUT, is dated 24 May 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the development of up to 10 dwellings at Parklands, Thompsons Lane, Denmead, Waterloovillle, PO7 6NB. The application Ref 13/01531/OUT, dated 11 July 2013, was refused by notice dated 9 October 2013.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 40 dwellings on land to the rear of Brook Farm, Leighton Road, Stoke Hammond, Milton Keynes, MK17 9DD, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 12/02184/AOP, dated 28 September 2012, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
