The development proposed for the erection of 15 dwellings and associated parking on and to the south of Old Manor House. Affordable housing will be provided at 40% of the total to provide 6 houses. This is a re-application, following a refusal of a 20-house scheme has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Redwood Land Investments Ltd against the decision of Rother District Council.
