The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 30 residential dwellings with associated infrastructure on land to the rear of Station Road, Ampleforth in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 12/00618/MFUL, dated 27 June 2012, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule attached to this decision.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the erection of three storey terraced block comprising 9 town houses and 13 apartments with associated external works including formation of vehicular access, estate road and car parking at the Land off Mill Street, Wem, Shropshire SY4 5EX. The application Ref 12/05051/FUL, dated 3 December 2012, was refused by notice dated 22 August 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission for the erection of 10 dwellings (of which 4 to be affordable) is refused at the Land off Hop Pole Green, Leigh Sinton, Malvern WR13 5DP. The application Ref 13/00738/OUT, is dated 28 May 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the redevelopment of the Land at Fowler’s Park, Hawkhurst, Kent to provide 120 dwellings with associated access, car parking, landscaping and open space provision. The application Ref TW/13/00014/FULMJ, is dated 3 January 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the development of approximately 50 dwellingsaccessed from Moss Side Lane, with associated open space and landscaping. The application Ref 12/0720, dated 28 November 2012, was refused by notice dated 13 March 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 32 dwellings (access to be determined) at the Land adjacent 53 Bryning Lane, Wrea Green, PR4 2NL. The application Ref 13/0137, dated 1 March 2013, was refused by notice dated 22 May 2013.

The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the construction of 25 dwellings including 5 retirement bungalows at 54 Bryning Lane, Wrea Green, Preston PR4 2NL subject to conditions set out below in the Annex. The application Ref 12/0456, dated 10 October 2012, was refused by notice dated 19 December 2012.

The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the development of up to 49 dwellings (access applied for with all other matters reserved) at the Land off Ribby Road, Wrea Green, Preston PR4 2NA, subject to conditions set out below in the Annex. The application Ref 13/0507, dated 6 August 2013, was refused by notice dated 13 November 2013.
