The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the residential development on land adjacent to Carleton Rode Primary School, Flaxlands Road, Carleton Rode, Norfolk NR16 1RL. The application Ref:2012/0863/F, dated 27 April 2012, was refused by notice dated 22 October 2012.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission granted for the erection of 50 dwellings, access, landscaping and associated works on land at Park Farm, Chichester Road, Selsey, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 0NL in accordance with the submitted plans, Drawing Nos 11092 MH 01 Rev B, 11092 MH 02, 11092 MH 03 Rev B and SH/02/01. The planning permission is subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule below.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a community extension comprising of 100 new homes, including 40% affordable accommodation, a village hall, a village green and a restaurant/public house (Class A3/A4), with associated access, parking, amenity space and landscaping at Maudlin Nursery Hanging Basket Centre, Stane Street, Westhampnett, West Sussex PO18 0PA, in accordance with the terms of the application, ref:WH/12/02360/OUT, dated 1 June 2012, subject to the conditions listed at the end of the decision. 

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a 60 bed care home (comprising café, hairdressers, treatment room, shop and cinema), 40 assisted living units, 30 age-restricted cottages for occupation by the over 55s, access, sustainable drainage measures, allotments, structural landscape planting and associated works at Land to the north of Alfrey Close, Southbourne, West Sussex, PO10 8ET in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref SB/12/04701/OUT, dated 13 December 2012, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of residential dwellings, access works, relocation of NHS parking, provision of public open space and other ancillary works on the Land to the rear of Wincanton Community Hospital, Dancing Lane, Wincanton BA9 9DQ. The application Ref 11/02835/OUT, dated 8 July 2011, was refused by notice dated 12 October 2011.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a mixed development of 97 high quality residential units with associated access, parking and public open space at Shepton Grange, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 4FE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 2012/0842 dated 29 March 2012, subject to the conditions listed in the attached annexe.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline application with means of access from Church Road and emergency access from Pumphouse Lane to be determined, (layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved for subsequent approval) for the erection of up to 200 dwellings (Class C3); site of up to 1,000 square metres, including building of up to 400 square metres for community use (Use Class D1); demolition of existing buildings and site remediation; public open space; earthworks; balancing pond; structural landscaping; car parking, and other ancillary works on land off Church Road, Webheath, Redditch, B97 5PG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2012/207/OUT, dated 25 July 2012, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the residential development at a density of 32 dwellings per hectare and associated works at Hollygate Lane and Colston Gate, Nottinghamshire, NG12 3JY. The application Reference No:11/01567/OUT, dated 20 April 2012, was refused by notice dated 20 July 2012.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the residential development of up to 26 dwellings and estate road at the Land adjacent to 705 Haslucks Green Road, Majors Green, Shirley, Worcestershire B90 1DW. The application Ref 12/0729, dated 24 August 2012, was refused by notice dated 11 April 2013.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 45 dwellings (Class C3), public open space including woodland/amenity area and improvements to existing allotments, balancing pond and associated earthworks at Land off Leys Lane, Meriden, West Midlands in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2011/1500, dated 15 September 2011, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
