The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the residential development of 38 dwellings, including new vehicular access and other associated works at the Land off Four Ashes Road, Bentley Heath, Solihull, B93 8LY. The application Ref 2011/1914, is dated 30 November 2011.

Appeal A

Accordingly, the Secretary of State agrees with the Inspector’s recommendation. He hereby grants planning permission for the construction of a maximum of 160 dwellings with associated car parking, access, infrastructure provision and open space on the Land north of Allimore Lane, Alcester (application reference 11/02767/OUT, dated 2 December 2011) subject to the conditions listed at Annex A to this letter.

Appeal B 

Accordingly, the Secretary of State agrees with the Inspector’s recommendation. He hereby grants planning permission the construction of a maximum of 190 dwellings with associated car parking, access, infrastructure provision and open space on the Land north of Allimore Lane, Alcester (application reference 11/02895/OUT, dated 12 December 2011) subject to the conditions listed at Annex B to this letter.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the erection of 91 dwellings with garages, parking spaces, open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure at the Land east of Groby cemetery, Ratby Road, Groby. The application Reference 12/00250/FUL, dated 19 March 2012, was refused by notice dated 27 July 2012.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the erection of 24 dwellings and associated infrastructure at the Land at Shilton Road, Barwell, Leicestershire LE9 8HA. The application Ref:12/00452/FUL, dated 1 June 2012, was refused by notice dated 26 September 2012.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 34 dwellings and associated infrastructure at Land East of Wolvey Road, Three Pots, Burbage, Leicestershire, LE10 2JJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/00094/FUL, dated 31 January 2013 , and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions in annex A.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition of existing residential dwelling and erection of 35 no. residential units, associated highway and engineering operations at land off Workhouse Lane, Burbage, Leicestershire, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 13/00147/FUL, dated 19 February 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule of Conditions annexed to this letter.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted in outline for residential development and ancillary works at 65 Salhouse Road and farmland off Salhouse Road, Rackheath, Norfolk NR13 6PD in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20111272, dated 23 August 2011, subject to the conditions set out in the Appendix to this decision.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of agricultural buildings and the construction of 44 dwellings and public open space at land off Station Rd, Honeybourne, Worcs in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/11/02686/PN, dated 30 November 201, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the residential development of 11 dwellings at the Land at rear and including Kenosha, Foredraught Lane, Tibberton, WR9 7NH. The application Ref: W/12/00085/OU, dated 12 January 2012, was refused by notice dated 3 April 2012

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the development of 50 dwellings with 40% affordable at land between Leasowes Road and Laurels Road, Offenham, Worcestershire, WR11 8RE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/13/00696/PN, dated 28 March 2013, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule below.
