The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline planning application for mixed residential and business development, public open space, landscaping with detailed access arrangements on land between Station Road and Dudley Road, Honeybourne, Worcestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/11/02531/OU, dated 11 November 2011, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions listed at Annex A.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission granted for outline application for 36 dwellings of which 11 will be affordable with all matters reserved other than access at land rear of Sunnyhill House, Stoke Road, Wychbold, Droitwich WR9 0BT in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/11/02571/OU, dated 15 November 2011, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule at the end of this decision.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for for 2.85 ha of residential development (up to 60 open market dwellings, and up to 25 affordable dwellings (30%)), 2.9 ha of public open space, and 0.2 ha for community service for Woodgate Centre, Oak Tree Lane, Chichester, PO20 3GU. The application Ref AL/106/12, dated 26 September 2012, was refused by notice dated 28 March 2013.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the development of 40 dwellings of mixed tenure at the Land at West Tolgus, Redruth, Cornwall TR15 3TN. The application Ref. PA11/05442, dated 30 June 2011, was refused by notice dated 3 November 2011.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the re-development of the Land at the rear of 8-16 Denzil Avenue, Southampton, SO14 0LJ to provide 10 flats (2 x three bedroom, 3 x two bedroom and 5 x one bedroom) within one and a half storey buildings, including accommodation in the roof space with associated works (Outline application seeking approval for Access, Layout, Scale and Appearance).

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development (up to 200 dwellings) including infrastructure ancillary facilities, open space and landscaping; construction of new vehicular access from Newtown Road; and construction of emergency access from Newtown Road at the former Ronkswood Hospital Site, Newtown Road, Worcester in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P13Q0221, dated 23 April 2013, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission granted for demolition of 47 Clancutt Lane (and associated outbuildings) and erection of up to 29 residential dwellings (all matters reserved except for access) at 47 Clancutt Lane, Coppull, Chorley, Lancashire PR7 4NR in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 11/00993/OUTMAJ, dated 11 November 2011 subject to the conditions set out in the schedule at the end of the decision.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for residential development with ancillary retail together with landscaping and means of access at the Land west of Milverton Road, Wellington TA21 0BA. The application Ref 21/11/0004, dated 24 January 2011, was refused by notice dated 8 August 2011.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the residential development of land to the east of Tudor Park, Taunton. The application Ref 08/11/0018, dated 5 September 2011, was refused by notice dated 6 December 2011.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the erection of 170 № dwellings and construction of new vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access, provision for public open space and play areas, woodland planting and new wildlife habitat. The application Ref B/10/00094/FUL/GC, dated 28 January 2010, was refused by notice dated 18 April 2013.
