The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the residential development (up to 100 dwellings) including infrastructure, ancillary facilities, open space and landscaping; demolition of existing buildings, and construction of a new vehicular access off Station Road, on land off Station Road, Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 12/03616/OUT, dated 15 August 2012, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 16 dwellings and associated works on land adjacent to Badgers Field, George Lane, Chipping Camden, Gloucestershire GL55 6EL in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 13/01538/OUT, dated 10 April 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule to this decision.

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 27 dwellings (9 affordable housing) on the Land at The Fields, Long Moss Lane, New Longton. The application Ref 07/2012/0348/OUT, dated 30 May 2012, was refused by notice dated 23 August 2012.

Appeal A 

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the residential development of up to 100 dwellings at the land off Station Lane, Scraptoft, Leicester. The application REF 10/01045/OUT, dated 2 August 2010, was refused by notice dated 9 March 2011. 

Appeal B

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 41 single and two storey dwellings at the land off Station Lane, Scraptoft, Leicester. The application REF 11/00853/OUT, dated 23 June 2011, was refused by notice dated 26 October 2011. 

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the development of up to 100 dwellings, together with associated infrastructure and open space provision for the Land bounded by Kennel Lane, Chester Road and Dalefords Lane, Sandiway, Cheshire, CW8 2DU. The application (ref: 12/05143/OUT and dated 16 November 2012) was refused by notice dated 18 February 2013. 

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 105 residential units, associated infrastructure, including access, public open space and associated works at land opposite Brewery House, Churton Road, Farndon, Cheshire, CH3 6NH in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/00283/OUT, dated 22 January 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 148 residential dwellings, open space and access off Barnside Way (off Summerfield Drive) on land off Barnside Way, Moulton, Cheshire, CW9 8PT in accordance with the terms of the application, ref 12/05668/OUT, dated 21 December 2012, subject to the conditions in the attached Schedule.

The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused for the residential development of up to 142 dwellings, including means of access via Clifton Drive, siting and layout for Land at Clifton Drive, Sealand Road, Chester, CH1 4LGU. The application Ref 12/04229/OUT, dated 14 September 2012, was refused by notice dated 27 June 2013.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 14 dwellings including 9 ‘affordable homes’ at Land off School Bank, Norley, Northwich, Cheshire, WA6 8NW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 13/00982/FUL, dated 5 March 2013, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 206 no. dwellings (including affordable housing), together with new vehicle and pedestrian access, associated car parking, landscaping and open space at land to the south of Peters Road, Locks Heath, Hampshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P/12/0717/FP, dated 9 July 2012, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
