The appeal is made by Claygate House Investments Ltd and MJS Investments Ltd against the decision of Elmbridge Borough Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 12 dwellings with associated access, and hard/soft landscaping at Land South of Ridgley Road, Chiddingfold in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref WA/2022/02210, subject to conditions.
