The application Ref PL/21/4820/FA, dated 16 December 2021, was refused by notice dated 28 November 2022.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for development of a retirement care village in class C2 comprising housing with care, communal health, wellbeing and leisure facilities; and C3 affordable dwellings (comprising up to 30 percent on-site provision), public open space, play provision, landscaping, car parking, access and associated development at land to the rear of 163 to 187 High Street and east of Rowan Close, Bottisham in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 23/00205/OUM, dated 16 February 2023, subject to the conditions.

The development proposed for the erection of 25no. dwellings with associated access, car parking, open space and landscaping has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr Ken Whitaker (Edgeford Homes) against the decision of Cheshire East Council.

All matters reserved except for means of access’ on land at North End, Creech St Michael, Somerset in accordance with the application Reference 14/23/0002, dated 21 December 2022 subject to the conditions.

The development proposed the demolition of 6 no. existing commercial buildings and an existing bungalow with detached garage, including the removal of hardstanding areas and lattice tower mast; creation of new vehicular access and the erection of 27 no. residential dwellings with amenity space, landscaping, parking and infrastructure, as well as the provision of public open space has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr J Neville of Millwood Designer Homes Ltd against the decision of Dartford Borough Council.

The application Ref DA/22/00772/FUL, dated 23 June 2022, was refused by notice dated 31 October 2022.

The development proposed an Outline planning permission with all matters reserved apart from access for development of up to 24 dwellings including details of access into and within the site, parking arrangements, garages, open space, landscaping, drainage measures and all other associated works has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Q Developments Ltd against Braintree District Council.

The application Ref 22/03221/OUT, is dated 23 November 2022.

The development proposed for a redevelopment of the site for residential use. The details for which approval is sought were originally described as: ‘Details of all matters reserved by Condition 1 of the outline planning permission (S/0746/15/OL) to provide 75 residential units, together with demolition of 39a Station Road West and formation of new access road.’ This appeal has been dismissed.
