The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline application for up to 36 dwellings with all matters reserved except for means of access at Land to the North and North West of The Homestead, Dark Lane, Calow S44 5AD (Grid Reference Easting 440831, Grid Reference Northing 370808) in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 21/00987/OL, dated 5 August 2021, subject to conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for construction of 14 dwellings, new access, landscaping and associated works at land south west of Crockleford Grange, Bromley Road, Ardleigh, CO7 7SE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/02164/FUL, dated 15 December 2021, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed.
