The application Ref 24/00823 was refused by notice dated 30 January 2025.

The proposed development for the demolition of all buildings, and the construction of 48 dwellings, formation of a new access onto Kilham Lane, provision of landscaping, public open space and drainage (phased development) has been dismissed.
