Both appeals have been allowed and planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

Appeal A: A residential-led mixed-use development of up to 920 dwellings (Use Classes C3 and C2), a local centre including retail, employment and community uses (Use Classes E and Sui Generis), a two form entry primary school (Use Class F), green infrastructure, and associated infrastructure following the demolition of certain existing buildings; in accordance with application Ref 07/2021/00886/ORM, dated 9 August, subject to the conditions.

Appeal B: A residential development of up to 180 dwellings (Use Classes C3 and C2), green infrastructure and associated infrastructure; in accordance with application Ref  07/2021/00887/ORM, dated 9 August 2021, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for “residential development of up to 70 dwellings, with associated access, landscaping and open space. All matters reserved except for means of access” at Land at Saltersford Lane, Chippenham (Easting 390549 Northing 172073) in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PL/2022/06612, dated 23 August 2022, subject to conditions.

The development proposed for a residential development of 25 dwellings has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by William Morrison (Cheltenham) Limited and the Trustees of the Carmelite Charitable Trust against the decision of Cheltenham Borough Council.

The application Ref 22/00112/OUT, dated 17 January 2022, was refused by notice dated 17 November 2022.

The development proposed was described as ‘the erection of three buildings to provide 10 apartments and commercial floorspace (Use Class E), together with associated landscaping and open space’ has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Easton Builders Ltd against the decision of Dover District Council.

The application Ref 21/01604, dated 14 October 2021, was refused by notice dated 12 January 2023.

The development proposed an outline application for up to 62 no. dwellings, landscaping and open space with all matters reserved except for access has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr Philip Davies against Rutland County Council.

The application Ref 2022/1213/MAO, is dated 19 October 2022.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for construction of 40 affordable dwellings including a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom properties and the construction of a new internal road, parking, SUDS infrastructure, and green infrastructure (including public open space), at Land at OS 8223 5896, off Oakleigh Heath, nr Worcester Easting: 382273 Northing: 258944, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref M/22/01646/FUL, dated 3 November 2022, subject to the conditions.

The development proposed a three storey building with accommodation within roof space and underground parking, comprising 6 x 3 Bed, 7 x 2 Bed and 1 x 1 Bed apartments has been dismissed.

The appeal is made by Mr Raymonde Wilson, Onsite Developments Design and Construction Limited against Tandridge District Council.

The application Ref TA/2022/28 is dated 18 March 2022.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for Construction of 300 dwellings (including 90 affordable dwellings), community hall, public open space, associated works and 2 no. accesses from the A259 (one temporary for construction) at Land North Of Highgrove Farm, Bosham, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/00571/FUL, dated 4 March 2021, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline application for up to 150 dwellings, together with new open space, landscaping and drainage infrastructure, with all matters reserved except for access (as amended to include proposed junction improvement works at Barkby Road cross roads, received 20/05/2022) at Land off Barkby Road, Queniborough, Leicestershire LE7 3FB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P/20/2380/2, dated 30 November 2020, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development at land east of Bolton Road, Scorton in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/00770/OUT, dated 14 October 2020, subject to the conditions.
