The development proposed for an outline planning application with all matters reserved except for access for extra care residential apartment building and independent living residential apartment building (C3) (up to 142 units), for occupants aged over 55 years and 100% affordable, including demolition of existing building has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Anwyl Construction Company Ltd against the decision of Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council.
The application Ref DC/2019/01043, dated 28 May 2019, was refused by notice dated 7 September 2020.
