The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 31 dwellings following the demolition of 6 no. existing dwellings, and associated access at Peacock Grove, adjacent to Brook Drive, Corsham, Bath,SN13 9AZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/11544/OUT, dated 19 November 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by RST Corsham Ltd against the decision of Wiltshire Council.
