The appeal is allowed and the reserved matters are approved, namely; access, appearance, layout, scale and landscaping submitted in pursuance of condition No. 1 attached to planning permission, Ref 14/01186/OUT, granted 2 April 2015, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
