The proposed development for the re-development of Plas Ifan Hotel to 24 residential dwellings and associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Sullivan, Bod Hotels Ltd. & CCA Land Ltd. against the decision of Flintshire County Council.
The application Ref 060292, dated 22 July 2019, was refused by notice dated 6 November 2020.
