The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a residential development of up to 123 dwellings together with associated open space, landscaping, parking and access, in accordance with application ref:15/01388/OUT, dated 13 February 2015. The appeal is made by The Society of Merchant Venturers against Wiltshire Council.
