The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 123 dwellings together with associated open space, landscaping, parking and access, in accordance with application ref:15/01388/OUT, dated 13 February 2015. The appeal is made by The Society of Merchant Venturers against Wiltshire Council.
