The development proposed for the erection of up to 23 dwellings together with all necessary infrastructure on land at rear of Poplar Farm, Wittersham has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Daniel O’Brien (Castlefort Homes Ltd) against the decision of Ashford Borough Council.
The application Ref 20/01782/AS, dated 14 December 2020, was refused by notice dated 30 April 2021.
